The Human
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document from the history of human rights. Drafted by reps from all areas of the world with cultural and legal backgrounds, the Treaty had been proclaimed by the UN General Assembly at Paris on 10 December 1948 as a common standard of results for all countries and all peoples. They’re blessed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another at a spirit of brotherhood. Article 2. Everyone is entitled to all rights and freedoms set forth at this Declaration, without distinction of any type colour, race, gender, language, faith, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. 

No distinction will be made on their basis of their political, jurisdictional or global status of the country or territory or under any other limitation of sovereignty. Article 3. We All have the right to liberty, life and security of person. Article 4. Nobody will take place in servitude or slavery, slavery and the slave trade will be prohibited in all their forms. Article 5. Nobody will be subjected to torture or to inhuman, cruel or degrading treatment or punishment. Article 6. All of us have the right to recognition everywhere as an individual before the law. Article 7. All are equal before their law and are entitled with no discrimination to equal protection of law. 

All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination at violation of this Declaration and against any instigation to such discrimination. Article 8. All of us have the right to an efficient remedy by their competent national tribunals for acts violating their fundamental rights granted him by their constitution or by law. Article 9. Nobody shall be subject to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile. Article 10. Everybody is entitled at full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, at their determination of his rights and duties and of any criminal charge against him. Article 11. 

Everybody charged with a penal offence has their right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law at a public trial at that he’s had all their guarantees necessary for his defence. Nobody shall take place guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which didn’t constitute a penal offence, under national or global law, at that time when it was committed. Nor will a heavier penalty be imposed than their one which was applicable at that time the penal offence was committed.
